At NPST we provide the facilities and access needed for every athlete to fulfill their potential. We offer programs designed to develop athletes of all ability levels in every sport. No matter your commitment level, skill level, goals, and budget, we have a program for you.

Strength & Conditioning for ALL SPORTS
Group, Personalized & Private Options
Athletic performance training for all skill levels & all sports.
We offer group classes, semi-private, and individual training options. All classes include a focus on FOUNDATIONS of movement, CORE strength, and DURABILITY training.
Our menu of theme based classes make it easy to tailor fit workouts to your goals & schedule.
Group Training = 75 minute, small group instruction with trainer/coach. Each class will not exceed a 6-to-1 athlete: coach ratio. All athletes complete our standard athletic evaluation to assess current strengths & areas of need, enabling us to tailor instruction during each class.
MONDAYS = Focus on flexibility, range of motion & exercise technique. Great way to start the work week for all athletes!
TUESDAYS = Focus on upper body strength. Muscle groups include, but are not limited to chest, back and biceps.
WEDNESDAYS = Focus on lower body strength. Muscle groups include, but are not limited to legs, glutes, shoulders & triceps (off-sets upper body focus).
Speed & Agility Training = 90 minute, group instruction with trainer/coach focused on speed & agility (10-12 athletes). Each training session will feature dynamic exercises focused on helping athletes maximize velocity while enhancing their ability to rapidly change direction.
SPEED = The ability to achieve maximum velocity.
AGILITY = The ability to rapidly change direction without the loss of speed, coordination, balance, strength or body control.
60 mins of instruction + 30 mins of supervised access to the performance gym.
Personalized Training = 75 minute, semi-private instruction with trainer/coach (1-2 athletes). All athletes complete a dynamic athletic evaluation to assess current strengths & areas of need, enabling us to individualize every training program.
Private Training = 75 minute, one-on-one private instruction with trainer/coach. All athletes complete a dynamic athletic evaluation to assess current strengths & areas of need, enabling us to individualize every training program. Includes progress tracking & incremental testing.

Sports Specific Training
Clinic, Group & Private Options
Sports specific training includes both semi-private & individual options. Clinics & camps are designed to introduce athletes to new sports, improve skills, prepare for the upcoming season, and for FUN.
Sports included: Basketball, Softball, Baseball, Volleyball, Lacrosse & Football.
Softball & Baseball Training = Lead by Coach Robinson, our SB & BB training focuses on Hitting & Fielding, and includes an individual evaluation to ensure that all workouts are tailored to every athlete’s specific needs & developmental goals. In addition, we offer progress tracking available utilizing RAPSODO 2.0 Hitting technology for optimal player development.
Individual Sports Skills = 60 minute, one-on-one private instruction with trainer/coach. All athletes complete a dynamic evaluation to assess current strengths & areas of need, enabling us to individualize every training program.

Boys 3rd - 11th Grades
NPS girls & boys basketball teams are highly competitive and participate in leagues & tournaments everywhere.
Our basketball program is year-round, and requires a total family commitment with the proper focus on academics, home, community and team.
